Chapter meetings are the best source of information on National Honor Society (NHS) happenings. In addition to these meetings, information about the Copper Hills High School Chapter of the NHS is posted on this website, on posters in the hallways, morning announcements, twitter, facebook, and occasionally through personal notes distributed by the Attendance Office or the U.S. Postal Service. Every effort is made to keep each member informed.
Meetings are generally held in the Media Center. A schedule is established at the beginning of the year and made available to all members. In order to accommodate students who participate in other school activities, meetings alternate each month between a meeting held before school or one held afterwards. Members of the NHS are encouraged to attend all chapter meetings but are required to attend at least one meeting per quarter. NHS students who fail to attend at least one meeting a quarter will be placed on probation.
